Family Visa

A family visa which is also known as a family sponsorship visa or family reunification visa is a type of immigration document that permits persons to join their family members who are already living in foreign country. The primary purpose of family visas is to the reunite families who have been living separately due to migration or other conditions.
The application process and the eligibility criteria for family visas may vary depending on the immigration guidelines and laws of the country in consideration. Typically, family members who may qualify for sponsorship include parents, spouses, children and at times other close relatives. The sponsor, who is usually the family member already staying in the country may have to demonstrate their capacity to support the incoming family member monetarily and provide appropriate accommodation.
