- Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:

Cooperate during the application process.
Pay applicable government fees and service charges.
JPI Services is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete documentation or incorrect information.
- Fees and Payments
Service fees are communicated before engagement.
Government charges, visa fees, authority fees, banking charges, courier charges, and third-party fees may apply separately unless specifically stated otherwise.
Paid government fees are generally non-refundable once applications have been submitted.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Dubai, UAE.
